Confined to bed...

This is a backblip for Sunday 12th... when I went down with a gastric bug. Nasty enough to stop me in my tracks. I slept for most of the day and certainly didn't want to eat anything.  Luca and Frieda both had something similar earlier in the week, so I put it down to the occupational hazards of grandparenting.
So this captures the wipeout of a day, looking forward to better things as and when it clears up...
