Handy

Weather has taken a change for the colder and cloudy. Set out for the evening walk in the forest just 30 minutes before sunset and luckily the sun did make a bit of an appearance, just enough to be able to take some mushroom shots (Extra Photo) although in part with the flash.

Was at a crossroads searching for chestnuts when heard a horse cantering towards us. It was MrsMY, somewhat breathless. She had been out riding here earlier and discovered back home she had lost her mobile (in German, mobile telephones are called "Handy") somewhere and to make things worse, it was switched off so had no chance of tracking it.

We didn't chat much so that she could continue her search. Luckily, 10 minutes later & now virtually pitch black, she appeared again beaming. She had found it. Had a slightly longer chat, but she had to get home, including crossing roads and had no lighting or reflective wear.

Our Sultan returned from the clinic after a week of having treatment. He didn't seem at all bothered by the whole thing -extra photo
