Happy 87 Birthday!!!

The lady in the thumbnail, holding her flowers is Alex.   2 weeks ago she turned 87 and spent the whole day by herself.  She has 3 daughters and none of them came to see her, call her, or even send a card.  They all live within 25 miles of her.

     Therefore, the other 3 ladies,   Pam, myself, and Carol,   took Alex out for a BD lunch at her favorite restaurant.  She got flowers, a Birthday cake, and a terrific Salmon dinner.  Yours truly, sang HB to her! The others joined in.
      We really acted up in the restaurant and laughed so much that my stomach muscles are still sore, 6 hours later.   The food was delicious, but some of the other patrons didn't appreciate our singing Happy BD to her,   Oh well, it wasn't the first time I have been rather rowdy in a restaurant and I am sure it won't be the last.
        Alex was thrilled, we kept her laughing so much the tears rolled down her cheeks.   She was really very happy and grateful that even belated, we celebrated her BD and friendship.
