Reprieve
After a morning of blustery snow and high winds, which didn't amount to much, the sun came out and the afternoon was quite bearable. The lake ice had largely dissipated and what was left had been compressed at the far end by wind.
Patches of ice remained amongst the reeds allowing reflections to show through. In the shade the ice was very blue, reflecting the sky overhead, making the golden reed reflections really sing. Simultaneous contrast in action.
Extra: Puppy Love.
