Corson Xmas

Annual Corson Christmas party today. I made my traditional items. Sweet and sour meatballs and mini wieners and Mimi Corson’s graham cracker pie. The pie was turned into a COVID friendly version of single serve cups. It worked out great and there were no pie cutting mishaps.

The party itself was chaos as usual when families come together. New for 2021 was the invite for your pets. We missed the memo, and no, I wouldn’t have brought my dog to a Christmas party in the first place. There were almost as many dogs as there were people. Made for an interesting time!
