Christmas tree

It's been a week since I last blipped because that birthday party last Saturday resulted in me going down with a sickness bug and I've been feeling fairly rough all week. I'm as sure as I can be that one of those kids generously passed on the bug to me. A room of four year olds is a breeding ground for illness! I was only off work for a couple of days, but am still not quite feeling back to normal.

Today, however, my mum came over for lunch and then I went back to my mum's in the afternoon. It was my niece's 13th birthday on Friday and we're going over for a wee party tomorrow, so I stayed overnight with my mum. In the evening I helped my mum decorate her Christmas tree. I think we have it looking quite nice.
