It was quite foggy in the Solway estuary this morning which made for a nice walk as no wind, just the sound of numerous waders who were digging in the mud for breakfast.  Saw herons, egrets, oyster catchers,, dunlins, turnstones and numerous ducks.  There's quite a few muddy channels and I walk past this one most days.  Wouldn't recommend walking on it unless you don't mind sinking.  Started to drizzle whilst walking back to the car and it didn't stop until late afternoon.
