Sunshine

It was good to see some sunshine today and I was attracted by the backlight on this young fir tree, I thought there was a loy of flare so I have just taken a close look at my lens, it was filthy!
The lens on the Canon G11 retracts into a cave and is covered by a shutter, rather like a winkle in a shell so I never think to clean it.
