Turning water into Whisky

Its definitely possible to turn water into whisky, I mean they do it on Islay on an industrial scale  ... just not like this.  Last year's Christmas bottle is now empty, but its such a great shape that I couldn't resist featuring it one last time.

This is another exercise in playing with speed light flash units.  I've bounced my two macro speed lights back from either side to produce the side lighting, and the key lighting is another speed light angled down from above and in front.

Obviously I've also composited a number of shots in order to create the vertically half full effect in the glass.
