Day 16 of the knee problem, quite impressive swelling starting to go down a bit, but still no flexing beyond 90 degrees. Good to see/feel some progress at last. Hobbling better hooray but wary & taking it slow :-). I can sit at the dining table again which is great. Was taken for a wee drive & take out coffee which was a treat after being in the house. I sat all rugged up enjoying this view & fresh air on a bench near the car while the dog walking happened further afield.
