Extractive industry

Last extractor did about 13 years.  Rear extractors are difficult to find and poorly specified as to the positioning of the outlet and fixing points - no standardisation.  They are fairly simple devices which could so easily be repaired if manufacturers made parts available.  Goodness knows where the copper and steel and plastic of the old unit will finish up once delivered into the hands of the 'recycling' centre.
