Knocking Stone

We started the day painting some thank yous for our neighbour, G, who yesterday gifted the Bug and the Bear each a box FULL of origami (see extra). Fish, boats, planes, pigs, dogs, cranes. The children absolutely loved it. He also gave us a few new houseplants.

Later we set off north to visit Grandma and Grandpa, and meet the new kitten. As always, we enjoyed a good potter around their amazing garden which is pecked full of interesting objects (like this knocking stone), and nooks and crannies. It was cold!
