Lebanese cone

I picked up this cone in the park yesterday whilst out on a walk with son's dog. I rather liked the lichen growing on the twig.
Off to an outside allotnent party today, lots of sausage rolls and mulled wine.

Weatherwise: at 10am 12° feels like 11. Thick cloud, no rain.
