Speedy

This is Paul, or Speedy as he is known at work (his surname is Speed, its not a reflection on his abilities).

He cycles to and from work most days, held up a little by the bad weather, but is back on his bike and getting fitter for it. Credit where credit is due.

Got a bit of feedback from Catherine Lacey on some of my portrait pictures, and hopefully a few of the things she mentioned I have implemented. Into the light, hopefully the background is not interfering, and a few other little things.
