Double Delight.. Colours and Scent

We had a little rain over night. It has been much cooler than the rest of the week was.

I picked these roses when they were in bud and they are just starting to come out now and fill the room with a wonderful scent.

We went out to a garden centre get some more potting mix, so I can pot up a few plants. I was going to pot them up yesterday afternoon when I found John had put the potting mix... which would have been enough for what I was doing... into the veggie garden. Not sure why he did that!. Hopefully I will get them potted up tomorrow now.
