En Suite

I have not blipped for a while. This is why. I have been concentrating on building the new en-suite bathroom for our bedroom. The actual en-suite (behind the door of the room-in-room) is actually full of unpacked bathroom units, toilet, tools, plaster-board and electrical stuff. We have to reuse the bedroom before the en-suite is ready, so it has been tidied. Mrs SoL will be cleaning it while I am walking Elvis tomorrow; then we will move the bed and furniture back in for New Year, when we have family and friends staying. The taping, jointing, plastering and fitting of the units will be done in the New Year. Extra pics are of different angles, but you can see where the old wall to the corridor used to be (lighter line on the floor), so it gives an idea of how much extra space we acquired by incorporating it into the bedroom, plus adapting the rail in the corridor to become the new bedroom wall. I have managed to get some of the lights working as well. The wine tonight was very welcome!
