Had an unexpected trip to HMS Belfast with fellow Blipper W. Sadly, her great nephew has Covid, so the planned family trip couldn't take place. We met near the Royal Festival Hall for coffee and then had a pleasant walk along the South Bank to the Ship. It was very interesting and I didn't know that when she was decommissioned back in the 60s, she became an accommodation ship moored at Fareham Creek for the Reserve Division at Portsmouth. She was towed to her current berth in 1971.
The main blip is across to the landmark of St. Paul's. The first extra is the Helm room on the Ship. The second extra is The Hays Galleria and The Shard.
