Trail des Châteaux

I put this photo up as main today as these 3 leading men ran together the whole way making the path through the snow for the rest of the 600 people entered to run 25km with 1,500m of ascent in deep snow. They arrived holding hands as they crossed the finish line so were equal first. Great sportsmanship! 
We were at the top feeding station to support Sara (in extra as she arrived at the finish to win the over 40s category, she was also just 2 minutes behind the first woman overall). Sarah is incredible, she started trail running only 4 years ago after her youngest son started school and now she is an elite athlete!
