Small things
I am so grateful for the day when I started to look at life through the macrolens. It has taught me so many things, a part from the "science" of what I document, it has taught me patience, meditation, keeping myself company (especially in pandemic times which have enforced solitude in our lives) and not the least to enjoy the small things! We are so often caught in the frenesy of making the "big picture" perfect.. a great recipe for being unsatisfied, unhappy, unfulfilled! Enjoying the small things on the other hand brings peace to the brain and joy to the heart, and the more small thing one enjoys the better (or less relevant?) the big picture becomes too.
P.s.
If everything else fails I might write a manual on how to spend a saturdaymorning taking 400+ photos of hoarfrost on grass!
I have some extras to use up before the end of the year so I randomly chose among todays photos to add!
