Went down and saw the parents today, took some cakes and a few other supplies to share over a cup of tea. They had put their Christmas decorations up, which looked great. Had a chat and a laugh before heading home, unfortunately not being able to retrieve my Christmas CDs (amongst others) which are being stored in their loft. Next time ! Eventually home and was on card writing duties, always a joy. Was also my turn to cook, as I had accidently dodged it during the week, also a joy.
