Cake!

I usually make 1 large Christmas cake and then as only Mr M and I eat it I'm several stone heavier by new year. Last year, in an attempt to avoid weight gain, I didn't make a cake but kind of missed the tradition of it and so this year I have made a medium sized one and a small one. This is the medium one which I am going to take into work.
