The City

I had some time to spare this morning, in the new fancy part of Cork down by Penrose Wharf. I can imagine if there was no Covid it would be buzzing with busyness. But it was all quiet.
A few errands, and home to potter.
A 5pm pint with himself after his first week in the new job.
Good news in too re the young fella, more of that later.
A real fire now with real logs.
