Mystery Solved

I posted yesterday about a bottle of Harris Gin that arrived out of the blue courtesy of an anonymous benefactor. Well, donning her Sherlock Holmes hat, J tracked down who sent it. It turned out to be a gentleman by the name of Sébastien Le Page, one of the founders and directors of the Harris Distillery. A couple of years ago I did him a favour by signing books for all the distillery’s directors, as well as one for his mum, who is apparently a big fan. At the time he sent a bottle of gin and a couple of gin glasses in the same style as the bottle as a thank you. We have not been in touch since - until the arrival of the bottle yesterday. Curious, I did a Google search on him and discovered this extraordinary biography on his website - like a character I might have created for one of my books (except no one would have believed it).
