Persimmons please?

Isn't always fun trying a fruit or vegetable you're not sure of?

These are persimmons and as they were cheap, I thought, I am sure I can do something with them. Having read up on them, I realise that these are really under ripe, so I'll have to be a little patient.

Anyone with a good recipe?
