A brighter one

Just a spectacular sunset tonight. I was driving and couldn't snap a photo of it til I got home, after it had faded a bit. These Christmas lights are our neighbor's, catty corner across our back yards. It does look a bit sharper in the enlarge setting, as gallusboy kindly pointed out yesterday. 

I'm fending off D's cold now, but it's been a good day. A fun lesson with Dylan (Felix got up on the piano bench beside him, to his delight). Nearly finished the Christmas letter, though nearly doesn't cut it...and bought a tiny potted Christmas tree to take to I.'s dorm, though I'm pushing the visit off til Saturday. Happy Friday!
