Celebration

My friends celebrated their Diamond Wedding Anniversary today. They were some of the first people I met when I moved here in January 1977 and we have been good friends ever since. When I first knew them their three children ranged in age from 11 to 5 - now they have grandchildren and great grandchildren - all a very close family.
These lovely white roses are made of sugar and were on the top of the cake made and decorated by one of the family.
