A bright afternoon

A busy day with lots of letter writing, emails and Listening Service which provided insight into how people cope when everything seems to be against them. The transparency and honesty is such a contrast with all that we are seeing on the news.

The Rose bush was a Mother’s Day present from our daughter 29 years ago. It has withstood all the recent storms and the cold weather and still showing beautiful colour. A real blessing for which I am thankful.
