Bad bird

This youngster got fed up with being unable to reach the food on the bird table, so he attacked the new shoots on my climbing rose instead. It has reached that time of year when the adult seagulls shout for their mates and get jiggy on the roof (usually between 4 and 5 am and very noisily!). Soon they will be attacking the tourists for their pasties and chips - possibly the only downside of living by the sea!
