Greylag Goose #116

It was a huge surprise to see the sun this morning at Lunt Meadows, even if it was VERY muddy underfoot after all the rain. It was far more pleasant than I expected. 
This afternoon has been much greyer and duller, so back to normal again, but I should be thankful for small mercies I guess. 

This afternoon I've been finishing the gifts for my schoolfriends - little bags of shortbread shapes. We have a meet up tomorrow which I'm looking forward to.
