Winter wonderland trip

A full day on the cards today.

Usual morning routine, then round to a friend. Stopped for a quick coffee and chat - she is 34 weeks pregnant and having some health issues so signed off work at the moment. Doing as she should, taking things easy. :)

Then on to my sisters, joined by our sister-in-law. Carried out exchange of Christmas presents. Good to catch up. :)

Quick trip to the supermarket, collect lunch then on to pick up Austin from the childminders. He had just woken up so was a little quiet. :)

Collected Caleb from school, picked hubby up on the way through to our daughters,for the boys to get changed into warm clothes then on to the winter illuminations. This year we went local - Windsor Great Park event. Boys loved it, lots of pretty lights and effects and just the right size. Also not too busy. They ended the trip with a ride on the merry-go-round - together on the bus, Caleb being a very good big brother looking after Austin. :x)

Dropped them home and returned home ourselves - yes, you’ve guessed it, both fell asleep!! :)
