All's fair ...

I really enjoyed my yoga class today - some gentle movements to warm us up followed by stretches and twists which left me feeling relaxed. I really like the approach the teacher takes - inviting us to explore, experiment and adapt. 

The afternoon was then spent in the bookshop. It was quiet today but there were donations to shelf.  We are really lucky in the books which we get given - a good number and a good mix of fiction and non-fiction including these children's books in pristine condition. They have been bundled in preparation for our Christmas Fair which is taking place in a nearby hotel on Saturday.
