Let's hear it for Paracetamol!

No ill effects after yesterday's slip and fall, apart from an occasional twinge in my side and back and being unable to sleep on my right-hand side last night. But it could have been much worse.

Anyway, I was well enough and still keen enough to join today's Ramblers walk from Gargunnock to Kippen and back, with a lunch stop at The Inn At Kippen as a wee mid-walk bonus. (We were expected and they had tables ready for us when we all trooped in.) Our extended lunch meant we were later back than usual, so I am glad I took some photos on the outward  leg of our there-and-back ramble as the light was definitely fading on our return.
