Not as easy as it sounds!

This afternoon I had a phone call from the physio.
A lovely lady.
Went through all my symptoms, and I described what I could do and what was painful.
Although the arthritis can’t be healed, she thought that some exercises would help.
This is part of the video she sent showing me what to do.
Not quite as easy as you think.
Fingers crossed it will do some good.
