We have a pond

oday's picture is of our natural pond at the bottom of the orchard; it goes up and down with the water table. There was a lot of rain yesterday and again this morning so I was not surprised to see it. The Mallards have not yet arrived although I did see large bird take off near the pond. It looked like it might be one of the Red Kites that live around here.

I have spent more time sorting out photographs. Every year I state I will sort them when they are taken and every year I fail to do so!

I have also proof read the second draft of the East Anglia Mensa magazine where I have written an article about blip.

The temperature at GMT today in my home village was seven degrees Celsius.
