'Tis the season

The tenants decorating committee has finished its work of transforming the building's lobby for the upcoming holidays.  On the lower right side is the display for Hanukkah; when Hanukkah ends, a display for Kwanzaa will take its place.  The Christmas tree has been beautifully decorated, but I will save that for a future blip.  The annual doorway decorating competition starts tomorrow, so I'll be posting the best for you.

This day after my hospital stay has found me really tired and aching all over from prolonged sitting and having to contort myself for tests.  I've not been able to get much done, but hope I'll feel perkier tomorrow.

I called Lex in Hawaii this morning, as I'd learned that the governor of Hawaii has called a state of emergency.  I was relieved, as I'm sure you will be too, that they remain safe and dry and looking forward to being able to get back out on the beach and do day trips.

If you missed Sunday's blip about the twins, you should have a look at that photo.
