All the fun of the fair

The dodgems and roundabout are still in the village. They also have this outside stall with all sorts of toys which I thought looked very colourful. I went into town to do the last shop and for various things to take back to the UK; some presents and a good quantity of fresh dates, anchovies and fleur de sel sea salt which we cannot get easily in the UK. I went along to the French conversation group in the afternoon. I learned that there have been several cases of Covid in the local choir, in the school and in the Club de l’Amitié. In previous waves, the village was largely spared but it seems that this is not the case this time.
