My good deed of the day!

Not teaching this morning so I could travel to the blood transfusion centre in Goes to donate 500 ml of my blood. My first time back donating in The Netherlands after almost 25 years!
Procedure is very similar in Belgium and the UK (where I donated in the years gone by), just the treats after donation are different.
