Stuffed!

This is my Clementine, Sage and Onion Stuffing Loaf. My wife saw the recipe in one of her mags and said why don't you have a go at making this.
The apron was on , and an hour and half later this was the result. If this tastes as good as it looks I will make another for the Christmas table
