Who's a nosey parker?

As soon as we walked into the yard these young beef animals came rushing over to see what was happening.

A freezing cold wind. J arrived from Cornwall to start work with us and was already on the tractor in the fields by 8 am! This will be a great help to us and especially T who has been struggling on his own. The weather is now dry for the next week and so hopefully a lot of work will be done. Later the contractor arrived to drill some corn in the first field that is now ready. The new cultivator has already shaken loose some of the many bolts and a couple have fallen off. N will have to buy some more tomorrow.

K and her family went to a point-to-point and despite five layers of clothing they still suffered. Next week is supposed to be warmer!
