Home grown

It rained hard this morning but then stopped and the sun came out, which meant that by running time it was freezing.
I took the camera into the garden to see what I could find and was very surprised to find these 2 tomatoes actually 3/4 ripe, whoever heard of outdoor tomatoes in Scotland in December. They are now in the house to finish ripening.
I made bread and some oat, fruit and nut biscuits this morning. The biscuits were supposed to have apricots, almonds and golden syrup, I substituted home-dried plums and black treacle for 2 of these and they turned out very well.
Some housework also got done - until I got bored with it and found a more interesting way to spend the time.
Only 3 of us running tonight but it was good.
