Access

Wheel chair access in the UK is generally still terrible however I thought a dental surgery would have done much better.
My Dad asked if I would help him take my Mum to the dentist and without help he wouldn't have been able to manage.
It isn't just access it is the state of the pavements.Uneven and full of holes isn't the worst of it.Chewing gum and what scum leave in the street when they spit.It all sticks to the wheels.Is anywhere else in Europe as filthy as here?
