Gently down the stream

Dry

This is my MM entry rhyming with 'Pie'.  It's the ambulatory at St Cross, which I've mentioned before.  I know some of you were amused by the word when I last mentioned it, so I thought I'd actually show it to you this time.  It's the route the Master of St Cross uses (or traditionally used) to get from his quarters to the church.  This meant he - unlike the poor old men who live here - could remain DRY on days as wet as today.

Many thanks to Laurie 54 for hosting this month.

Not a lot else.  Late this afternoon K, Hazel and I caught the bus into town for a little light Christmas shopping (much smaller crowds than Saturday) and a coffee.  Very nice.

Hope you've all had/are having a good day  xx
