Easter Day

Can you imagine a more tranquil site to celebrate Easter than this?

The weather was bitterly cold and the communion cup shook in our hands but the wine warmed us. I'm glad I made the effort to get up so early and share in the service at Tarbet, Loch Lomond.

Afterwards the boats prepared to take the walkers and climbers across to Rowardennan either to complete a section of the West Highland Way or to climb Ben Lomond. I hope the climbers were well equipped as the Ben is still covered with snow.
