Winter Sunshine

The mornings recently have been dark and icy, but when the winter sun appears, it can be intensely beautiful. 
As happens so often, I spotted this view in the car, and went back to grab it.
The cathedral spire looks rather jolly in the winter sun, with the snow powdered hills behind. 
I think this view also accentuates how much of a rural town Dunblane is: a quick sprint and you're in the hills.
