It Truly IS All About Jesus!

We started our service this morning at FBC joining our hearts and voices to praise and worship God and honor this season with a mixture of contemporary praise songs and traditional Christmas hymns.  The choir, orchestra and band, them, gave the congregation a taste of next week's Christmas Concert as we performed a gorgeous song weaving together "Of The Father's Love Begotten" and "Here I Am To Worship".  It wasn't your typical mash-up of two songs where you sing the songs separately,but a seamless ebb and flow, moving effortlessly back and forth between the songs.  Then, Pastor Wes took us back into  Philippians, Chapter 2, verses 5-11 and spoke to us about how Jesus set aside His glory and came down from Heaven to identify with us, to save us, to show us how we should live so that others will be drawn to Him.  Go watch the live stream----you'll be blessed!  Looking forward to next week's service.
