End of the day

It has been a day of intermittent very heavy rain showers - there was another one immediately after I took this photo.

We had our first house viewing this morning, and then rather frittered away the day - though I did manage to get a load of washing up on the creel - it needs to be dry and sorted by Wednesday morning as that's when our next batch of house viewers are due.

I spent some time stretching a cross stitch picture, ready for framing.  But it needs a matt - and I haven't got a suitable colour - a trip to Hobbycraft or The Range is needed.  Once framed, we won't hang it - there's no obvious place for it and no point.  We'll put it away and hope there is somewhere suitable to hang it (along with our many other pictures) in our future house.
