I am thankful for where I work.
Harvest Festival and birthday picnic.

Today I watched my workplace come alive with the spirit of the Harvest Festival. The site was packed full of excited faces!

I decided to also celebrate my birthday with a picnic at the Festival. I put down a couple of rugs amongst the strawbales on the lawn and hung out with family and friends. It was such a great way to celebrate Harvest and my birthday with my community.

Mental note for next year: birthday parties are so much more fun when things are chilled, people come and go as they please, you don't have to clean, you don't have to cook and you have things around you to entertain young children.
