Manuka Flower

This small Manuka flower is typical of those visited by bees producing Manuka honey. The trees get laden with so many of these flowers that they droop under the weight of them. Certified Manuka flower honey is very valuable and sought after. It can be a significant income source for the land owner who allows the apiarist to set up hives on the land.
