Lots of fresh air

After 5 days of feeling rubbish felt like I was finally getting better still got the visual vertigo but it was not as bad as yesterday. Had a bracing walk out with Mark, Jon and Sam on the circular walk between the two NT properties and then this evening we were out at Luminate with it hammering down with rain - shame as the lights were fantastic- K and L took my brothers tickets think they enjoyed it
