Not only does viburnum tinus have lovely foliage and lovely flowers it produces lovely berries too.

Short day at work today due to taking my mother for a planned appointment at hospital to confirm nothing sinister was lurking in her abdomen. They told her, unofficially, that nothing is there which is good news. On the way home we stopped at the garden of remembrance to say hi to my father. Whilst there we spoke to the most brazen fox I've ever seen, standing no more than 20ft from us almost demanding to know why we were on his path, it was a memorable encounter.

We had dinner together and a good chat.
